Cancellation & refund policy
- 100% free cancellation: Due to the zero-deposit system, reservations can be cancelled completely free of charge. Notice is kindly requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time.
- Flexible rescheduling: Activity dates or times can be changed without administrative fees. Notification is required up to 12 hours before the tour start to allow schedule adjustments with local vendor partners.
- No-shows and late cancellations: The 'Pay on Arrival' system relies on mutual trust. Please notify us immediately if you must cancel or cannot attend to prevent wasted preparation by local vendors.
- Weather and river safety cancellations: Participant safety remains the primary priority. If extreme weather causes hazardous currents, operations may be suspended and you may reschedule or cancel for free.
